Availability, pricing and delivery timelines are shown on each product page and confirmed before payment. Delivery details are sent through the messaging channel you used to order.

Once credentials are delivered, you are responsible for securing them, including changing passwords and enabling any additional protections offered by the platform.

Each product page lists the replacement or support window that applies to it. Support requests made inside that window are handled at no extra cost.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, by breaching a third-party platform's rules, or by sharing delivered credentials.
